Zoe is an award-winning producer, writer, and journalist.
Her work has been published and broadcast by The Walrus, the Globe and Mail, Monocle, Granta, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, among others. Zoe was the founding Associate Editor of the Canadian edition of the scholarly journalism site The Conversation. She was a producer for the award-winning documentary-style food podcast The Fridge Light. Her work on ice cream truck culture in Glasgow was shortlisted for a new talent award by the Scottish Documentary Institute. She was a writer-in-residence at the Banff Centre for the Arts and Creativity.
Zoe is an instructor at the Ryerson School of Journalism.
She holds a master's degree in journalism and is an alumna of the Indigenous Reporting program, taught by Duncan McCue.
